The mission of the Ballard Youth Soccer Club is to “Provide a safe, positive atmosphere where players, regardless of gender, can learn the game of soccer”.

Ballard Youth Soccer Club is primarily a recreational club for youth who reside in the northwest neighborhoods of Seattle. All youth ages 4-18 are eligible to play and experience is not required. Ballard Youth Soccer Club fields teams at all ages and skill levels. 

Coaches and parents are the club’s partners in developing the players’ positive self-esteem and providing role models for good sportsmanship at all times.

We are a volunteer run and non-profit organization (501(c)3 / tax ID #91-1642917).

Ballard Youth Soccer Club is a one of the 14 member clubs that form Seattle Youth Soccer Association. We play under its auspices and guidelines. SYSA is itself a member of the Washington State Youth Soccer Association

Washington Youth Soccer. WYS comprises 41 Member Associations, which include more than 250 clubs or leagues throughout the state. In turn, WYS is affiliated with United States Youth Soccer, United States Soccer Federation, and ultimately with FIFA (Federation Internationale de Football Association).
